Free shipping policy
Free shipping is available for all orders with a maximum weight of 5 kilos and a minimum amount of:
- €150 (taxable base) to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and continental Portugal with Seur Pickup delivery.
- €500 (taxable base) to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, continental France, continental Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium with Standard delivery.
Cost
The shipping cost depends on the package weight, destination, and chosen service. The system will indicate this during the purchasing process.
Availability of Services
Standard, Express, and pickup at our office services are always available. NextDay and SecondDay services are available on products with "Immediate delivery", depending on the area.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are expressed in business days, which means Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays in Valencia (Spain) or in the destination locality. The cut-off time for managing an order on the same day is 3 PM CET (Central European Time).
