Cost

The shipping cost depends on the package weight, destination, and chosen service. The system will indicate this during the purchasing process.

Availability of Services

Standard, Express, and pickup at our office services are always available. NextDay and SecondDay services are available on products with "Immediate delivery", depending on the area.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are expressed in business days, which means Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays in Valencia (Spain) or in the destination locality. The cut-off time for managing an order on the same day is 3 PM CET (Central European Time).

Delivery to the recipient or an authorized person.
Deliveries are made on business days.
At customs destinations, the customer must carry out the customs procedures and pay the taxes.
In case of a failed delivery, the carrier may try again or leave the package at a pickup point.
