Returns for Withdrawal
Withdrawal is a right of final particular consumers within the European Union to renounce a purchase without justification. Therefore, excluded are:
- Companies and self-employed individuals.
- Individuals who have purchased the product to commercialize it.
- Individuals from outside the EU.
- Customized or made-to-measure products and those that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Software, audio, and video media, as well as hygiene or intimate goods, if they have been unsealed.
To exercise it, you must notify us of your decision by email before 14 days after receiving the order.
Consequences:
We will refund all payments, including shipping costs (except the additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive) before 14 days since you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We will make the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

- Send us an email to ventas@tiendasigloxxi.es indicating the order number, your name, address, telephone, and email.
- Return or deliver directly the goods to this address before 14 days since you communicate your decision.

Returns for Damage or Error (DOA)
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product (different from what you ordered), you can return it at no cost and choose between a replacement or a refund.
To process the return, you must notify us of your decision by email before 14 days after receiving the order if you are a final consumer in the European Union, or within 48 hours in any other case.
Consequences:
We will send another unit or refund all payments, including shipping costs, before 14 days since you inform us of your decision. We will make the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Instructions:
- Send us an email to ventas@tiendasigloxxi.es indicating the order number, your name, address, telephone, email, and the reason for the return. Attach clear images of the damage or discrepancy.
- We will indicate the process to follow to return the non-conforming product, covering the transport costs. You must return the device before 14 days since you communicate your decision.
- Keep in mind that we may retain the shipment of the new unit or the refund until we receive the product.
