The purchase of an item using the cash-on-delivery payment method implies the customer’s express acceptance to receive and pay for the parcel. The purchase will be paid to the courier at the time of delivery. If the customer does not want to accept it or pay, then they must pay into our account at BBVA 0182 0562 10 0201546513 (IBAN ES1101820562100201546513 and Bic/Swift BBVAESMMXXX) the return shipping and return costs (14 euros, including VAT) within a term of no more than 15 calendar days from placing the order. Otherwise, we shall lodge a complaint for failure to comply with the purchase conditions. According to Law 34/2002 on Electronic Commerce, any online purchase processed and confirmed must be accepted after having been sent.

Rejection of shipments
Tienda Siglo XXI shall not accept shipments arriving at its premises without prior express authorisation by the company. Nor shall it receive parcels or freight collect shipments or with amounts to be paid as cash-on-delivery.

Tienda Siglo XXI makes every reasonable effort to ensure the maximum accuracy of images, descriptions and technical specifications. For more information, please consult the manufacturers. The prices listed on the web are valid, excepting for error or omission. If completed an order with the wrong price, Tienda Siglo XXI reserves its right to cancel it.
Boxes & content
All devices are sent in their original boxes and packaging. Tienda Siglo XXI does not open the boxes or manipulate the devices before sending them, unless the customer expressly requests us to do so. If there is a sealing sticker on the box or not depends on the manufacturer or supplier. Devices are usually sent with a battery (unless it is integrated), charger, USB data cable (it may have a charging function), earphones and manuals, as well as each product’s special accessories. The printed instructions manual may come in Spanish, English or other language. Some items may not include some accessory such as the earphones or, to a lesser extent, the USB data cable.
Defence against abuses
Tienda Siglo XXI reserves the right to initiate the corresponding civil and criminal prosecution against whoever contravenes its legitimate interests.
