Tienda Siglo XXI reserves the right to refuse shipments that arrive at its addresses without prior and express authorization from the company. Packages sent collect on delivery or against reimbursement will also not be received.

The prices shown on the website are valid except for typographical error or omission. In case an order is completed with a wrong price, Tienda Siglo XXI reserves the right to cancel it.
7. Boxes and Their Content
All devices are supplied in their original boxes and packaging with the accessories and components established by each manufacturer. Tienda Siglo XXI neither opens the boxes nor manipulates the devices before shipping them, unless the customer expressly requests it. The adhesive seal on the box may or may not be present depending on the manufacturer or supplier. Normally, mobile phones, tablets, and consumer devices are supplied with a lithium battery. The paper instruction manual may come in Spanish, English, or another language, or it may not be present at all. The customer always has access to the manual in digital format on the manufacturer's website.
8. Defense Against Abuses
Tienda Siglo XXI reserves the right to initiate the corresponding civil and criminal legal actions against those who contravene its legitimate interests.
