The delivery time for each shipping method is stated in business days, starting from the day after the purchase was made. We consider business days to be Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays in Valencia (Spain) or the destination city.
TRANSPORT FEATURES

- Once the package is shipped, we will provide you with the carrier's name and the tracking number with online traceability.

- Deliveries are made on business days.
- For Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, you need to provide us with your tax identification number (NIF) for customs purposes.
