Due to the growth in international markets we have experienced in recent months, we require a new employee to perform customer service tasks (email, marketplaces, and phone), community manager, and marketing in our online store.
We are looking for an empathetic, responsible person eager to engage in a long-term project, with higher education and a good level of English and French (oral and written).
Previous experience in e-commerce and knowledge of technology will be valued. The work is onsite and will be carried out at the company's headquarters in Valencia.
Tienda Siglo XXI is an online store established in 2008, specialized in selling mobile phones, tablets, electronics, and computer goods, both retail and wholesale. With an annual turnover of 1.3 million euros, its main markets are France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and Mexico. It is the official store of the digital newspaper Diario Siglo XXI.
Offer details:
- Position: Customer service, community manager, and marketing.
- Sector: Online retail and wholesale of telephony and electronics.
- Requirements: Higher education degree and good level of English and French (oral and written).
- Previous experience in online commerce and knowledge of technology will be appreciated.
- Compensation: 12,750 euros gross annual plus incentives.
- Type: Permanent, with the possibility of a prior temporary contract or probation period.
- Hours: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with an hour for lunch.
- Location: Tienda Siglo XXI offices, located in Valencia (Spain).
- Start: September or October 2015.
