Avos Tech, a business unit of the Prosegur Group specialized in technology, has identified the ethical use of Generative AI, hyperautomation, personalization, and sustainability as the main key trends that will define the technology sector landscape in Spain by 2025.
According to a press release, generative AI holds great importance following its explosion in 2024 with widespread use by businesses and individuals. In 2025, it will begin to be applied more rationally. This will allow for a clearer assessment of its advantages, disadvantages, and impact, not only economically but also ethically. In this regard, multimodal models, intelligent agents, or the integration of GENAI into hardware will be relevant areas where companies betting on AI will be able to observe the contribution of this technology to a greater extent.
On the other hand, the company stated that generative AI will enable the creation of highly personalized content for each user, based on their interests, context, and preferences. These technologies will enhance the customer experience through services tailored to their specific needs and contexts and will allow proactive recommendations based on histories and behavior patterns.
Similarly, Avos Tech forecasted that in sectors such as banking and insurance, Machine Learning models will be part of the most relevant solutions for detecting anomalous behaviors and preventing fraud. Among these tools, AMLcheck stands out, combining advanced analytics with predictive capabilities, helping to comply with regulations and safeguard the trust of clients and partners.
Furthermore, the company highlighted the important role that cloud computing services will play for businesses, which will evolve towards more flexible, secure, and sustainable models. Additionally, it anticipates that companies will adopt multicloud approaches, integrating services from multiple cloud providers to improve flexibility, security, and regulatory compliance, as well as customized solutions.
In this context, the software as a service (SaaS) model is expected to continue gaining relevance, adapting to the needs of different sectors. In 2025, specific solutions that allow companies to comply with sector regulations, optimize their operations, and improve user experience without significant initial investments will be particularly valued.
At the same time, in 2025, it was forecasted that the BPaaS model will continue to consolidate as a key solution for companies seeking to optimize their business processes in a flexible and scalable manner. This will allow organizations to outsource specific business functions through advanced technological platforms, eliminating the need for costly internal infrastructure.
Avos Tech highlighted hyperautomation as one of the main trends for 2025, with technologies that will integrate traditional automation with intelligent solutions that facilitate collaboration between humans and bots. It also emphasized the need to design solid data strategies for sectors such as insurance, which face increasing regulation and the complexity of marketing channels, with agents, brokers, or bancassurance operators.
In this area, the integration and consolidation of data from different sources will be essential to develop predictive functions that optimize risk management, improve customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, the company emphasized that sustainability will be a priority in the technology sector, focusing on reducing the environmental footprint and optimizing resource use throughout the production and operation chain.
