Spotify is working on a tool to create personalized ads with generative AI

Spotify has announced that it is developing a new tool that will allow advertisers to create personalized scripts and voiceovers using generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), which will arrive at Spotify Advertising.

The company, aiming to innovate in the advertising sector, has launched its first internal creative agency, Creative Lab, which will help brands create personalized marketing campaigns with solutions like Quick Audio.

This feature, called Quick Audio, allows brands and advertisers to create scripts and voiceovers using generative AI and will arrive "soon" at its ad creation service Spotify Advertising, as confirmed by a company spokesperson to TechCrunch.

This representative also commented that these organizations would be able to work with the new Creative Lab team to produce video and audio ads, digital experiences in the app, and other interactive advertisements such as calls to action (CTA, as abbreviated in English).

In this way, "each campaign that goes through Creative Lab will be customized for each specific brand and business need," as mentioned by this spokesperson, without providing further details on when its launch will be effective.
